PART A – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Itnahub Wallet (“Itnahub,” “we,” “our,” “us”).

By creating an account or using our digital wallet and payment services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of Service

Itnahub provides digital wallet and payment facilitation services, including wallet top-up, transfers, invoicing, and merchant payments.

Itnahub is not a bank or financial institution.

All money movement is processed via licensed third-party payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, SSLCommerz, aamarPay, bKash, PayTabs, etc.).

We do not hold deposits, issue loans, or provide interest-bearing accounts.

3. User Roles

These Terms apply to:

Customers: individuals using Itnahub Wallet to pay for goods and services.

Vendors/Merchants: businesses or individuals receiving payments through Itnahub.

Agents (if enabled): authorized partners assisting in wallet cash-in/out. Administrators: Itnahub staff ensuring security and compliance.

4. Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older (or have parental/guardian consent). Vendors must provide accurate legal/business documents if requested. Accounts may be suspended for non-compliance or fraud.

5. Account Responsibilities

Keep your login credentials safe.
Provide accurate account information.
Notify Itnahub immediately of unauthorized access.

6. Fees & Charges

Transaction and withdrawal fees will be shown before processing. Gateway fees are determined by external providers.
Fees are non-refundable except in cases of system error.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Itnahub Wallet for:

Money laundering, fraud, or illegal trade.
Gambling, pornography, weapons, or counterfeit goods. Creating fake accounts, chargeback abuse, or identity theft.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Transactions are final unless covered under the Refund Policy. Customers must contact vendors for refunds.
Failed or duplicate payments may be automatically reversed by gateways. Refund timelines depend on gateway policies (3–10 working days).

9. Liability & Disclaimers

Itnahub acts only as a software platform.
We are not responsible for vendor non-delivery or gateway outages. Our liability is limited to the value of the disputed transaction.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Fraud, illegal activity, or Terms violations. Excessive chargebacks.
Failure to comply with verification/KYC.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh (and other jurisdictions where Itnahub operates).

PART B – Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Personal Data: name, email, phone number, government ID (KYC). Business Data (for merchants): company details, license, tax ID. Transaction Data: wallet balances, payments, invoices.
Technical Data: device info, IP, geolocation.

2. How We Use Data

We use data to:

Process wallet payments and withdrawals. Verify identity for KYC/AML compliance. Prevent fraud and unauthorized access. Provide customer/vendor support.

Send payment confirmations and account alerts. Meet regulatory and tax obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We may share limited data with:

Payment Gateways (to process payments). Merchants/Vendors (for order fulfillment). Service Providers (cloud hosting, SMS/email). Regulators (if legally required).

We do not sell or rent your data.

Card/bank details handled only by gateways, not stored by Itnahub.

5. Data Retention

Retained as long as your account is active.

Access, update, or correct your data. Request account closure and deletion. Restrict or object to processing. Request a copy of your stored data.
